"Ma Sha`s Allah"
The text in this beautiful picture is a prayer:
"What God does, is done well"
That is to say, what happens, is good to me.
Just leave it to God...

"Bird is Free"

This picture of a bird in paradise is a reminder to me in many meanings:
It is a bird of beauty, just like Charlie "Bird" Parker was as a saxophone player, my favourite Jazz instrument.

Also It reminds me that to be free as a bird, both as a jazz player
and as a creative person, is my aim in life.

My Morning Prayer:

Dear Lord, My All Knowing Creator:
Thank you for the night`s sleep. In sleep you let me see all the world`s beautiful things, let me know the solutions to the problems at hand and give me the vision that I build my day`s activities on.
I also thank You for the energy you give each night, as you promised to supply us with our "daily bread", and I understand that what you mean`t was that we get food that we convert to our energy and mental power to do Your Work.

I also thank you for the understanding you provide me that "What I have, was given to me, so that I can pass it again to my fellow men, as converted human power and intelligence" (That Human Power, to me, means all the Gifts I have recieved, New Images, Music, see the world and Love from my Women & kids and friends)

Keep me from forgetting that everything is just for a loan, all will be taken back someday. Yet I ask you that you provide me with enough days so I can fulfill this task of energy conversion to the fullest and then be taken graciously away from here.

---This Morning Prayer is based on the Sufi Teachings I was blessed to recieve since 2001 . I am not a Muslim... Sufism existed well before Mohammed and not all Sufis believe in Islam, rather to Human Religion:
God is in everyone of us, I just hope my days will let me fulfill all the expectations that were placed on me when I was "initiated" in the beginning of this new century- which as a teenager I never thought I will see...

---I know my path, I know where I am going. I do this thing with the images, music and racing car technology, until my days are all gone. Every day
(almost) new doors, new experiences are opened to me. Every night I am taken away to strange places, meeting strange people, that somehow seem very familiar at the same time. I can pic up the saxophone, camera or racing toy whenever I want and have free time, and I have the thrill of my life. My life task is to try to give some of this experience back, to "pay back the energies", so people see there IS A REASON to live further, to see the world around us as a creation, not as just a day by day drag.

My Mission in Photography and Life in general:

Around the change of century, in the year 2000, I woke up on the idea that I never imagined I would see the year 2000! As a young guy full of activity, the idea of turning 60 years, seemed the most remote.

At that time many things in my life changed, I grew totally exhausted and dis-illusioned about photography, mainly because of the "digital revolution". I no more wanted to make images professionally. The ideas and requirements for quality became so low that doing assignments felt like "selling rotten tomatoes on the market".

What I did, was finding new areas of activity: I became a salesman of remote controlled models ( my boyhood hobby) and took a course in Limo Driving, became a hired gun for drunken couples wanting to get home from restaurants & parties, glamorous occupation ?? Yes... you got honest money, at least. The time available I used to search for spiritual truths of Sufism, Gurdjieff, Indian Buddhism etc.
I also took up the playing of saxophone and all those 60`s BeBop tunes.

Since having been called to enter the "Circle of Spirituality" I feel compelled to "pay back" the energies and gifts of creativity, be it photography, music and other talents that I have been graced. I have straightened my brain and I again love to work on my images, but on MY OWN TERMS !
I know that the time available is limited, so I try to create a wide audience for my "work". That is why I am active in coaching young talents. I try to spread the word on various Iternet forums and I am having photo courses in my workspace here in Helsinki. If you are seriously interested pls look at my www.123Prolab.com site for details, under "Courses"

Thank you for looking...

GREETING FROM MY JPANESE FRIEND EDO:
First is my motto: The catcher of the light of Truth.
Second is Photographer in Japanese.

BEFORE THE LIGHT GOES AWAY FINALLY:

I try to live up to the promise I gave to my creator: Please give me days, I will use them to your message: Life is Plentiful , Life is Beautiful. Life is Love.
